Covid -19 Policy for guests staying at Heywood Hall
Hard surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected. All contact points will be disinfected
All crockery and cutlery will be washed in the dishwasher between guests. All pans will be washed and disinfected
Any permanent soft furnishings will be steam cleaned or sprayed with disinfectant
All bed linen will be washed at 60° and steam finished for extra protection. We ask guests to strip their own beds
There will be a limited supply of DVD’s in the suite which will have been sanitised, you are welcome to bring your own
Cleaning products will be provided for guests use, as usual, and hand sanitisers will be available in the building.
If you have symptoms before your stay, you must tell us and cancel your trip. If you begin to feel ill while you are with us, please let us know immediately.
Arrivals: Please do not arrive before 4pm. Please text or email us with your arrival time so we are available to show you to your suite, at a safe distance.
We will be wearing appropriate PPE when necessary, i.e. cleaning.
At Heywood hall, we are part of the community of Denstone, please respect social distancing measures whilst you are in the village or at the Farm Shop or Tavern Pub.
The Denstone Hall farm shop and cafe is open and you are able to preorder groceries online for collection on your arrival. Information can be found on their website https://www.denstonehall.co.uk/
Our outside areas are available to guests and seating will be regularly cleaned & sanitised.
